Experienced & evidenced based psychological counseling for a wide range of mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, personality disorders, self harm, suicidal thoughts, trauma, psychosis & mood disorders. Available for adolescents & adults (13 & over).
Services include a range of therapies including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), & trauma therapy (self trauma model). Training in mindfulness & meditation practices. Clinical supervision for mental health professionals also available.
